William "Bill" Harry Jeffery, 69, of Spencer, WV passed away April 30, 2023 at Roane General Hospital in Spencer.

He was born February 17, 1954 in Cleveland, OH and was the son of the late Harry and Cordia Thompson Jeffery.

Bill was a United States Army veteran, retired from the City of Spencer as a police officer and member of the Clover Volunteer Fire Dept. He loved baseball, reading the paper, collecting antiques and guns and spending time with his family.

Left behind to cherish his memory, is his wife of 38 years, Edna Parsons Jeffery of Spencer; sons, William Jeffery (Nadje) of Fort Campbell, KY and Daniel Jeffery of Cleveland; daughter, Shauna McGinnis of Big Rapids, MI; brothers, Roy Jeffery of Cleveland, Lowell Jeffery (Leslie) and Roger Jeffery both of Spencer; sisters, Ramona Parsons (Tim) and Sheila Miller (Gary) both of Spencer; special nephew, Roy Allen Jeffery, Jr. of Philadelphia, PA; grandchildren, Angelina, Daniel, Joshua, Cheryl, Daphne and Sheena; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant brother, Charles Jeffery; brothers, Clyde Jeffery and James Zinn; and sister, Robin Zayed.

A celebration of life will take place this summer in Spencer, WV.
