BILLY SMITH, 75, of Reedy, West Virginia, passed away on Friday, September 15, 2017 at the Roane General Hospital in Spencer, West Virginia. William David "Billy" Smith was born July 26, 1942 in Parkersburg, West Virginia, a son of the late Woodrow Smith and Ethel Stewart Tucker. Billy was a life long resident of Reedy and a fixture at Bill Walton's Grocery Store. He enjoyed collecting coins, telling jokes, and doing card tricks. He dressed colorfully and was a former employee of Kincaid Grocery in Spencer. Billy is survived by some cousins. Service will be at 11:00am on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at the TAYLOR-VANDALE FUNERAL HOME in Spencer with Brother Bill Walton officiating. Burial will follow in the Liverpool Cemetery near Reedy. Visiting will be Wednesday from 8:30 until time of the service.
