WANDA GENE BISE MILLER, 71, of Spencer, West Virginia died Saturday, November 2, 2019 at her home surrounded by family. She was born May 24, 1948 a daughter of the late Eugene Roscoe and Belle Delaney Bise. She was retired from the Roane County Board of Education as an elementary school cook for 16 years and was a homemaker. She loved gardening and quilting and was a member of the Apostolic Faith Chapel. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Timothy Allen Miller; brother, William Everett Bise; and sisters, Leona Belle Bise and Pearl Bise King. Wanda is survived by two daughters, Betty Lou (Randy) Harris of Virginia and Teresa Ann (Michael) Stump of Spencer; two grandchildren, Myranda Elizabeth Harris and Brandan Timothy Harris; and two sisters, Virginia Eagle and Roberta Bise, both of Leroy, West Virginia. Also surviving her are lots of nieces and nephews and friends and her loving caregiver, Linda (Bernard) Nichols. Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm Saturday, November 9, 2019 at the TAYLOR-VANDALE FUNERAL HOME, Spencer, with Pastor Jeffrey Jett officiating. Burial will be in the Good Hope Cemetery, Reedy, West Virginia. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
