TIMOTHY ALLEN MILLER, 71, of Spencer, West Virginia died August 26, 2017 at CAMC Memorial in Charleston, West Virginia after an extended illness. Tim was born April 27, 1946 in Spencer, a son of the late Hoy and Addie Batten Miller. He was a retired self-employed carpet layer and was a member of the Apostolic Faith Chapel. He enjoyed woodworking, hunting, fishing, yardwork and gardening. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Wanda Gene Bise Miller; two daughters, Betty Lou (Randy) Harris of Abingdon, Virginia and Teresa (Michael) Stump of Spencer; and two grandchildren, Myranda and Brandan. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his father- and mother-in-law, Eugene and Belle Bise. Service will be held at 1:00pm Thursday, August 31, 2017 at the TAYLOR-VANDALE FUNERAL HOME, Spencer, with Brothers Jeffrey Jett and John Richardson officiating. Burial will be in the Good Hope Cemetery, Reedy, West Virginia. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service on Thursday.
