Timothy "Tim" Gene Foster, 57, of Spencer, WV passed away June 13, 2022 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV.

He was born November 24, 1964 in Warren, PA and is the son of Billy Gene Foster and the late Mary Cottrell Foster.

Tim was a car mechanic and had worked many years at Armacell in maintenance. He was a great spouse, father, son, brother and uncle. Always willing to help family and friends as much as possible. In his down time when he wasn't working, he was working on his 68 Camaro or fishing with his father, son, grandkids and fiancé. He was always there if you needed help and will be missed by all. Tim was never a person to show emotions, but his actions let you know how much he loved you. God could not have given his father a better son.

Left behind to cherish his memory, in addition his father, is his fiancé, Ann Chapman of Spencer; son, Clifford Gene Foster (Pattie Rutter) of Spencer; two step-children, Tyler Chapman (Makaela) and Seth Chapman both of Morgantown, WV; two sisters, Maria White (Tom) of Spencer, WV and Mary Freeland (Billy) of Weston, WV; special uncle, Emmett Foster of PA; grandchildren, Olen and Corban Foster and Donavan and Brody Martin; nephews, Andrew White, Joshua Freeland and Billy Freeland, Jr.; niece, Jadah Freeland; and great-nieces, Rylee White and Marley Freeland.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Kesley and Lottie Cottrell and Artie and Oren Foster.
