SUSIE JEWELL MURPHY WOOD, 56, of Arnoldsburg, West Virginia, passed away on Thursday, November 25, 2021, at CAMC Memorial in Charleston, West Virginia.
She was born August 3, 1965 in Calhoun County, a daughter of the late Roscoe and Diana Starcher Murphy. She worked for WV Choice taking care of the elderly and disabled.
She is survived by her husband, Roy Wood; daughter, Helenna Wood; son, Derek Wood; sisters, Diana Hager and Crystal Dye; brother, James Murphy; and a grandson, Parker Lee Sowards.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Sam Murphy.
There will be no visitation or service as she will be cremated.
