Ruth Ann Morris, 58, of Gandeeville, WV passed away October 30, 2021 at her residence.

She was born May 20, 1963 in Detroit, MI and was the daughter of the late Ossie Ray and Mellie Shamblin Underwood.

She had worked at Dura Automotive in Michigan as a factory and assembly worker. Ruth loved her family and spending time with her grandchildren; and will be dearly missed by all. She enjoyed listening to music, washing laundry and her animals.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, John Edward Morris; five brothers, Ora, Delbert, Robert, Dave and Jack Underwood.

Left behind to cherish her memory, is her daughter, Holly Casto of Gandeeville, WV; sister, Barbara Khdor and family of  Michigan; brother, John Underwood of Speed, WV; four grandchildren, Savanna Asbury of Ripley, Jonathan Asbury, Brianna Casto, Brayden Casto all of Gandeeville; father-in-law, Dempsey Younce of KY; two honorary children, Wendy Basil of Dearborn Heights, MI and Lawrence McKenzie of Clover, WV; and many nieces and nephews.

There will be no services at this time.
