RUBY LEE WEBB, 95, of Spencer, West Virginia died September 26, 2020 at her home on Boggs Fork. She was born August 22, 1925 in Philippi, West Virginia a daughter of the late James Carl Jenkins and Lula Jane Bostic Jenkins Raines. She retired from Kellwood Company in Spencer with 33 years of service and was Methodist by faith. She was a super gardener and enjoyed handcrafting, quilting and flowers. Ruby is survived by two daughters, Patricia Wyrick and Maxine O'Brien, both of Spencer; one son, Robert George Webb of Spencer; nine grandchildren; several great- and great-great-grandchildren; many "adopted" grandchildren; and a sister in heart, Polly Blosser. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Brice Webb in 1999; one sister, Goldie Burkhammer; and two brothers, Lendon Jenkins and Junior Lee Raines. There will be a graveside service at 11:00am Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at the Clover Cemetery, Spencer, with Rev. Danny Whited officiating. A private family viewing will take place prior to the service at the TAYLOR-VANDALE FUNERALL HOME, Spencer.
