Roger Lee Allen, 73, of Grantsville, WV passed away March 6, 2023 at his residence.

He was born June 2, 1949 in Arnoldsburg, WV and was the son of the late William and Stacie McCune Allen.

Roger was a carpenter and enjoyed playing his guitar, woodworking and his dog "Gus."

Left behind to cherish his memory, is his wife, Agnes Wayne Allen of Grantsville; daughter, Amy Norman (Steve) of Grantsville; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by all of his siblings, James Blake, Rex, Lowell T. Allen, Nell Holt, Waneta Daggett, Ann Kinzey, Ressie King, Ethel Waldeck, Chloe Cover, Murlene Ferrebee, Kathleen Parsons and Wanda Cain.

Services will be 12:00 P.M. ~ Thursday, March 9, 2023 at Orma United Methodist Church 17663 South Calhoun Highway Orma, WV 25268 with Pastor Kevin Church officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service Thursday at the church. Burial will follow at Orma Cemetery.
