ROBERT S. "BOB" BARNETT, 65, of Spencer, West Virginia, passed away on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at home. He was born October 23, 1952 in Cincinnati, Ohio, a son of the late Louis W. and Oma Mailloux Barnett. He was a well-known electrician and jack-of-all-trades and attended the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. Bob is survived by his wife, Ellen Barnett; two daughters, Jennifer Palmer and Janet Barnett, both of Spencer; four brothers; and five grandchildren. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother. As per Bob's wishes, he will be cremated and a memorial service held at a later date. Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer is in charge of the arrangements.
