Rita Belle Bailey, 82, of Reedy, WV passed away May 29, 2023 at the Miletree Center in Spencer, WV.

She was born May 19, 1941 in Harmony, WV and was the daughter of the late Clellie and Marie Jones Romine.

Rita was a homemaker and she loved cooking, collecting cookbooks and spending time with her family and friends.

Left behind to cherish her memory, is her husband, Richard Leroy Bailey of Reedy; one son, Richard "Rich" Bailey, Jr. of Spencer; two grandchildren, Richard "Richie" Bailey, III and Alexis Bailey both of Reedy; and two sisters, Goldie Casto of Spencer and Garnet Casto of Cincinnati, OH.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Maxine Truman and Clelene Harper; and one brother, Donald Romine.

Services will be 11:00 A.M. ~ Friday, June 2, 2023 at Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer with Pastor Larry Jones officiating. Burial will follow Mt. Lebanon Cemetery in Roane County, WV. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Friday.
