Phyllis Maxine O'Brien, 91, passed away March 18, 2026 at her daughter Sherrie's house in St. Albans, West Virginia.

She was born on February 22, 1935 in Spencer, a daughter of the late James Brice Webb and Mabel Webb. She was a former Homemaker and Housewife and attended Slate Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening, reading, visiting the grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Step Mother, Ruby Webb of Spencer; husband, Lorenza F. O'Brien Sr; son, Lorenza F ''Bud" O'Brien Jr and; Daughter, Deborah O'Brien; and brother Robert George Webb.

Phyllis is survived by her two daughters Sherrie O'Brien of St. Albans, West Virginia and Frankie Diane O'Brien of Norton, Ohio; One Son Steven J O'Brien of Spencer, West Virginia; One sister Patricia Wyrick of Spencer  West Virginia.

Visitation will be Tuesday March 24, 2026 from 12:00 to 1:00PM with the service starting at 1:00 at Taylor Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer, West Virginia. Private burial will follow at the Young Cemetery in Linden West Virginia.
