Phyllis Ann Franck, 72, of Spencer, WV passed away September 13, 2024 at her residence.

She was born July 26, 1952 in Olney, MD and was the daughter of the late Margaret Wilson.

Left behind to cherish her memory are her three children, Greg Franck, Jr. of Gandeeville, WV and Melinda and David Franck both of Spencer; and one grandson, David Franck.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Greg Franck, Sr.; and granddaughter, Kelley Franck.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2024 at 12:00 noon at the Cherry Valley Church in Spencer.
