Penny Patricia Hickman, 69 of Spencer, WV passed away on October 3, 2021 at Roane General Hospital.Penny was a wonderful wife, sister, mother, grandmother, and friend.
She was born to James and Goldie McKenzie in Mullins, WV. She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters Linda Brannon, Diana McKenzie, Elizabeth McGlothin, and brother Jimmy McKenzie.
She was loved dearly by her husband John Hickman, her brother Delbert McKenzie of Newton, her 4 children, John Hickman II (wife Annette) of Ravenswood, Missy Harper (husband Tracy) of Spencer, Lorii Mayne (husband John) of Ravenswood, James Hickman of Spencer, 14 grand kids and 13 great grand kids.
A service will be held at 2:00pm on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at the Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer. Visiting will be one hour prior to the service. After the service Penny will be cremated and buried at a later date.
