PATRICIA ROTON, 73, of Reedy, West Virginia died July 4, 2017 at the Roane General Hospital, Spencer, West Virginia. She was born March 17, 1944 in Kirkland, Indiana a daughter of the late Samuel Henry and Elvina Irene Staples. Born in Kirkland, she was raised in Chicago, Illinois. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three brothers. She is survived by her husband, Jerry Wayne Roton; four daughters, Karen Fox of Marion, Ohio, Kathie Saucedo of Mesquite, Texas, Sheila Stevens of Brookpark, Ohio and Billie Ann Childress of Delaware, Ohio; 12 grandchildren; and 27 great-grandchildren. Per her request, the body was cremated. TAYLOR-VANDALE FUNERAL HOME, Spencer, is in charge of arrangements for the Roton family. There will be no visitation or service at the funeral home.
