PATRICIA ANN "PATTY" ICE, 77, of Spencer, West Virginia, passed away on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at home. She was born October 3, 1942 in Roane County, a daughter of the late William and Gelah Phillips. Patty was a homemaker and babysitter, enjoyed yard sales, formerly worked at Kellwood, and was a foster parent. She attended the Gilboa Baptist Church. Patty is survived by her husband, Tommy Ice; daughters, Pamela (Paul) Harris and Deneane Waddell; son, Rodney Ice; sister, Carolyn Nichols; brothers, Bobby and Gary Phillips; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Annabelle McClain and a brother, Jack B. Phillips. A graveside service will be held at 2:00pm Sunday, October 4, 2020 at the Swank Cemetery near Speed, West Virginia with Pastor Larry Greathouse officiating. A private family visitation will take place at the Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer before the graveside service.
