ORLANDO "PAIGE" STARCHER, 90, of Spencer, West Virginia, passed away on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at the Parkersburg Care Center, Parkersburg, West Virginia. He was born November 21, 1928 at Reedy, West Virginia, a son of the late Dair and Ada Tanner Starcher. He formerly worked on a dairy farm, and as a bricklayer, and most recently as a caregiver for the elderly. Paige is survived by a sister, Pansy Sutphin of Spencer; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers and sisters, Virgil, James, and Emery Starcher, Freda Mae Love, Ernestine Goff, and four infants. Service will be at 1:00pm Friday, August 30, 2019 at the Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer with Rev. Jack Roberts officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Pleasant/Groundhog Cemetery with Paige's nephew, Associate Pastor Kevin Shreve, officiating. Visiting will be two hours prior to the service.
