NAOMI CHLOE TAYLOR, 85 of Spencer, West Virginia, passed away on Saturday, March 12, 2022 at home
She was born February 1, 1937 in Akron, Ohio, a daughter of the late Robert and Elsie Walker. Naomi worked at Kellwood for 35 years and enjoyed flowers, gardening, canning, watching her birds, and Bible lessons. She loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by a daughter, Rose Marie Taylor; a son and daughter-in-law, Christopher Eric "Fester" and Jill Taylor; granddaughter Sandra Jean Garrett Nichols; great-grandchildren, Austin (Shiann) Nichols, Jake Nichols, and Allee (Isaac Dennis) Nichols; grandson, Zach Taylor; step-grandchildren, Addie Carpenter and Tasia (T.J.) Metzger; step-great-granddaughter, Raegan Metzger; and an adopted family friend, Lisa Hartley.
Service will be at 11:00am on Monday, March 14, 2022 at the Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer with Associate Pastor Kevin Shreve officiating. Burial will follow in the Hodam Cemetery near Spencer. Visiting is one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
