Maxine Carol Starcher, 86, of Spencer, WV, passed away on April 3, 2025 at Roane General Hospital.
She was born on December 2, 1938 in Roane County, the daughter of Lovell and Dessie Metz King, of Spencer.
Carol was a wife, mother, and homemaker.
She is survived by brothers, Charles King, of Martin, Tennessee; Billy King of Bolivar, Ohio; Lovell King, Jr.,and one sister, Lou Hall of Spencer.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Joe Starcher;  a son, Ronnie Starcher; sisters, Erlene and Eileen King, June Phillips, Betty Sue Hamrick, and brother, Bobby King.
A gathering will take place at Spencer Memorial Cemetery at noon on Saturday, May 10th, 2025.
