Marilla Agnes Flanders, 79, of Spencer, WV passed away June 17, 2026 in Spencer, WV.

She was born November 13, 1946 in Newport, New Hampshire and was the daughter of the late Eugine Temple Sr and Sara Mignault.

She worked as care giver in the nursing field for many years. She loved being around her grandchildren and great grandchildren; two beloved dogs. She enjoyed her flowers and playing bingo in her free time.

Left behind to cherish her memory daughter Brenda Starkey of Spencer, WV; two sons; Edward Flanders Jr of Warner, NH; Ricky Flander of Concord, NH; two sisters Linda Flander of Newport, NH; Barbara Warner of Weare, NH; two brothers; Skip Temple of Jacksonville, FL; Fred Temple of Newport, NH. Several Great-Grandchildren Richard Flanders; Lisian Flanders; Cathy Jo, Micheal.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Edward Lewis Flanders; two sisters; Charolette Richardson; Betty Temple; one brother Sil Temple.

Per her request she will be cremated and a celebration of life will be held at a future date. Taylor Vandale Funeral Home and Monument Company in Spencer is assisting family with arrangements.
