She was born on March 6, 1943, to Kenneth Ray Shaffer and Beatrice Crawford Shaffer in Millstone, WV. Margaret lived a life that reflected the Love and Grace of her Lord, faithfully and generously loved her family, and had a servant's heart for many dear friends and neighbors.
