Lana Jo (Jenkins) Workman formerly of Holden WV passed Friday, June 19, 2026, at MileTree Center in Spencer, W.V.  She was freed from this life off endless pain and sickness that had consumed so much of her adult life and crossed over into the arms of her cherished Savior Jesus in Heaven.

Anyone who truly knew that Lana could tell you how she loved God and his wonderful word.  Lana, who could sing like an angel, was a beautiful, kind, sweet, funny and caring person, who loved her children and her family.  She was always a friend to an animal in need as well

She is preceded in death by her parents Kendall and Eula Jenkins, maternal Papaw and Mamaw, Guy and Lucinda Dingess and brother-in-law, David Kelly.

Those left to wait upon the Lord of his coming are her three children, Lee Workman of Madison, W.V., Sharon Rose (Ed) Catlett of Williamson, W.V. and Jeremy (Tara) Workman of South Point, O.H., Sisters, Sharon Kelly of Chapmanville, W.V. and Debra (Darrell) Neil also of Chapmanville, W.V., brother, Kevin (Becky) Jenkins of Stuart F.L., an aunt, Shelva Gaylock of Shamrock, W.V., nine grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 5 & 6 Holden FWB Church on Friday July 3, 2026 at 6p.m. with the Pastor Larry Light and Pastor Charlie Abraham officiating.
