KELLY JO BLOSSER, 37, of Spencer, West Virginia passed away on Sunday, July 1, 2018 at home. She was born June 15, 1981 in Spencer, a daughter of Robin Blosser Burgess. She was a homemaker. Kelly Jo is survived by her mother and step-father, Robin and Mike Burgess of Spencer; her children, Destiny Blosser, Gunner Carter, and Chad Blosser, all of Spencer; sisters, Jessica Harper of Gandeeville, West Virginia and Marly Stevenson of Kenna, West Virginia; brothers, Sean Blosser and Corey Burgess, both of Spencer; her grandmother, Mary Pauline Pipkin; a nephew, Carter Dawson; an uncle, Okey Ray and Vera Blosser; aunts, Mary Ballinger, Terri Blosser, and Kathy Jo Ford; and several cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Kaitlin Fowler; and her maternal grandfathers, Okey Ray Blosser, Jr. and Junior Pipkin. A memorial gathering of family and friends was held on Saturday, July 7, 2018 from 1:00 to 3:00pm at the Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer.
