Katy Belle Harper, 82, of Spencer, WV passed away March 11, 2023 at the Miletree Center in Spencer.
Katy was born July 8, 1940 in Spencer and was the daughter of the late Robert and Velva McMullen Harper.
Katy was a caretaker. She enjoyed feeding her birds and yard work.
Left behind to cherish her memory, are her five brothers, James Harper (Sharon), Clemmie Harper, Richard Harper (Norma) all of Spencer, David Harper (Tammy) of Summersville, WV and Mike Harper (Nancy) of Mt. Nebo, WV; two sisters, Barbara Price of Beckley, WV and Georgia Wilson (Ralph) of Spencer; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her four sisters, Lucille McCune, Patsy Darden, Betty Rohr and Jackie O'Brien; and three brothers, Glenn, Robert "Sonny" and Danny Harper.
There will be no services at this time, Katy will be buried at Eventide Cemetery with her parents at a later date.
