JUDY KAREN RHODES, 69, of LeRoy, West Virginia, passed away Sunday, November 21, 2021, after fighting health issues for years. She was born September 5, 1952, in Spencer, West Virginia, to the late Offie "Wayne" Miller and Mollie "Nadean" (Parsons) Miller.

She was a valedictorian graduate of Spencer High School and had retired from employment after many years of loyal service at the Department of Health and Human Resources. Judy was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, grandmother, and friend, who will be remembered for her kindness and love. Her manner of living was to always put others' needs above her own and her legacy will live on in all of those who knew her.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of over fifty years, Billy; her daughter and son and their spouses: Brett and Michelle (Rhodes) Barker of Elkview, West Virginia; and Rodney and Opal Rhodes of Washington, Pennsylvania; her grandchildren, Abby and Ben Barker; her brother, Roger Miller; and numerous extended family members.

There will be a memorial service 11:00 A.M.~ Saturday, March 26, 2022 at Mt. Zion Cemetery near Peniel in Roane County. Services are entrusted to the care of Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home.
