Judy Kay McAbee, 80, of Spencer, WV passed away June 25, 2024 at the Miletree Center in Spencer.

Judy was born December 20, 1943 in Gallipolis, OH and was the daughter of the late William and Juanita Williams Ratliff.

Judy was a homemaker. She loved her fur babies, Jax, Beau and Sis; and spending time with her two grandsons.

Left behind to cherish her memory is her husband of 60 years, James McAbee of Spencer; her four daughters, Terri Ryan (John) of Conway, SC, Vicki Hildreth of St. Albans, WV; Carolyn Starcher of Spencer and Christi Goff (Willard) of Reedy, WV; and two grandsons, Kyle Starcher of Parkersburg, WV and Travis Hildreth of Los Angeles, CA.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Jim Miller.

Private graveside services will take place at Eventide Cemetery in Spencer.
