John "JR" David Miller, Jr., 53, of Spencer, WV passed away January 30, 2023 at Camden Clark in Parkersburg, WV.

He was born October 22, 1969 in Ripley, WV and is the son of John "JD" David Miller, Sr. (Frances) of Kenna, WV and Pamela "Pam" Parsons of Clover, WV.

JR was an auto mechanic at Jack Garrett Ford and Slate Auto and had also worked at Lifetite Metal Products in Kenna, WV. He enjoyed going hunting and fishing.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his siblings, Kathy DeQuasie (Steven) of Pomeroy, OH, Benji Parsons (Krystal) and Patrick Parsons both of Spencer, WV, James Michael Parsons of Clover, WV, Anthony Crihfield Jones of Vera Beach, FL; step-brother, Herbert Parsons, II of Parkersburg, WV; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his step-father, Herbert Parsons and niece, Chrissy Alvis.

Services will be 1:00 P.M. ~ Saturday, February 4, 2023 at Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home with Pastors Danny Whited and Allan Owens officiating. Burial will follow at Clover Ridge Cemetery in Roane County, WV. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Saturday.
