Joan Marie Rhodes, 83, of Spencer, WV passed away January 11, 2022 at Miletree Center in Spencer.

She was born January 12, 1938 in Harmony, WV and was the daughter of the late Benjamin Hayward and Lelia Mae Thomas Rhodes.

Joan enjoyed painting.

Survivors include four brothers, Robert Rhodes (Linda) of Gandeeville, WV, Burke Rhodes of Fairplain, WV, Harry Rhodes (Louise) of Salem, VA and Donald Rhodes (Ella) of NC; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Gerald Rhodes.

There will be no public services at this time. Burial will take place in the spring at Rhodes Family Cemetery in Harmony, WV.
