Jesse Boyd O'Brien, 41, of Spencer, WV passed away at home November 26, 2021.

He was born January 7, 1980 in Spencer, WV and was the son of the late Jimmy O'Brien and Barb McCroskey.

Jesse worked on many drilling rigs for 15 years as a chain hand. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Jesse was not only a husband and father, but a best friend to many. He will forever be missed by many.

Left behind to cherish his memory, is his wife, Kelly Greathouse O'Brien of Spencer; four sons, Augustus and Austin O'Brien both of Spencer and Elijah and Paul O'Brien both of Walton; three daughters, Hailey, Amiah and Chloe O'Brien of Spencer; one grandson, Oaklee O'Brien of Spencer; three brothers, Jeremiah O'Brien of Charleston, WV, Jimmy O'Brien of Weston, WV and Michael O'Brien of Spencer; and one sister, Kansas O'Brien of Morgantown, WV.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded by death by his sister, Kayla O'Brien.

A service will be held at 7:00 P.M. ~ Monday, November 29, 2021 at Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer, WV. Visitation will be 5:00 P.M until time of the service on Monday.
