Jeffrey Edward Sommerville, 67, of Reedy, WV passed away December 17, 2025 at home.

He was born December 12, 1958 in Spencer, WV and was the son of the late Earl and Helen Sommerville.

He worked in the oil fields and was a truck driver. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and loved working with his hands.  He loved his grandchildren and his dog, Dakota.

Left behind to cherish his memory is his fiancée, Peggy Lesher of Gandeeville; a son, Jeffrey Cole Sommerville of Columbus, OH; 2 brothers, Ronnie Sommerville and Randy (Lucy) Sommerville of Reedy, WV; and eight grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Penny Arnold; and a brother, Rusty Sommerville.

A visitation will be held from 1:00-3:00 pm on Monday, December, 22, 2025 at Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer, WV. Per Jeffreys wishes he will be cremated following the visitation.
