JEFFERY GLEN PARKER, 36, of Spencer, passed away on Saturday, July 12, 2025 at home.
He was born November 9, 1988 in Spencer, a son of Edsel and Carolyn Whited Parker.  He was disabled.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sisters, Jennifer (Phillip) Waggoner of Clay County and Joy Webster of Spencer; three nieces, Ashley Nichols, Kimberly Waggoner, and Hailey Webster; and a nephew, Trevor Webster.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00am on Friday, July 18, 2025 at the Parker Family Cemetery near Spencer with Pastor Jack Roberts officiating.  There will be no visitation.
Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer is assisting the family.
