JANET SUE BURNEM, 80, of Spencer, West Virginia, passed away on Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at home. She was born September 24, 1939 in Kanawha County, a daughter of the late Claude Rufus and Hallie Margaret Wines Stuyversant. She was a homemaker and enjoyed quilting and gardening. She is survived by her children, Randy L. (Wanda) Westfall of Spencer, Tim Westfall of Huntington, West Virginia, Cindy (Ed) Hayes of Summerville, South Carolina, and Lori Westfall and Chris McCroskey, both of Hartsell, Alabama; 11 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren. In accordance with her wishes, she will be cremated and her remains buried at a later date. There will be no visitation or service. Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer is in charge of the arrangements.
