Jacqulin Lorene O' Brien, 71, of Chesterfield, VA formerly of Spencer, WV passed away March 24, 2022 at Chippeham Hospital in VA.

She was born August 15, 1950 in Spencer, WV and was the daughter of the late Robert and Velva McMullen Harper.

She was a homemaker and a mother. She enjoyed antiquing, going to flea markets, flowers and spending time with her seven grandchildren.

Left behind to cherish her memory, is her husband, William Thomas O'Brien of Chesterfield, VA; three children, Jennifer Louise Rose (William) of Charles City, VA, William Thomas O'Brien Jr. (Tiya) of New Colony, TX and Holly Ann Sturdevant (James) of Chesterfield, VA; sisters, Katy Harper, Georgia Wilson, Lisa and Carolyn Dunbar, Donna Vincent, Connie Smith, and Barbara Jarvis; brothers, Richard, James, Clem, David and Mike Harper; seven grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Glenn, Daniel and Sonny Harper; and sisters, Betty Rohr, Lucille McCune and Patsy Darden.

Visitation will be 10-12:00 P.M.~ Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer, WV. A graveside service will immediately follow details to come.
