Jacqueline "Jackie" Sue Kelly, 62, of Looneyville, WV passed away February 2, 2024 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

She was born May 30, 1961 in Clay County, WV and was the daughter of the late Bobby Benton and Helen Maxine O'Dell Carper.

Jackie was a homemaker and member of Epling Chapel. She enjoyed gardening and was a wonderful cook. Her whole world was spending time with her grandchildren.

Left behind to cherish her memory, is her husband, Paul "John" N. Kelly of Looneyville; daughter, Stacie Tanner (Daniel) of Gandeeville; two grandchildren, Gavin and Cason Tanner of Gandeeville; three sisters, Carolyn Bowen (Al) of Baltimore, MD, Sandra Caselle (Robert) of Syracuse, NY and Lisa Hickman of Parkersburg, WV; three brothers, Ricky Carper (Teresa) of Summersville, WV, Benny and Johnny Carper both of Spencer; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two brothers, Roger Carper and Tommy Murdock.

There will be no services at this time, Jackie's wishes are to be scattered in the mountains of Gatlinburg, TN.
