Isaac Wesley Snodgrass IV, 78, of Spencer, passed away on May 21, 2026.

Isaac, known to most as "Mike," was born on November 3, 1947, to Isaac Wesley Snodgrass III and Doris Snodgrass of Gandeeville. He graduated from Walton High School and attended West Virginia Technical College. Mike served in the United States Air Force from 1966 to 1972. While at WVU Tech, he met his wife and lifelong best friend, Beverly Jane Snodgrass. They were married on November 24, 1968, and had their only son on April 7, 1970, while stationed in Alamogordo, New Mexico. They moved back to West Virginia and raised their son, Robert, near Beverly's family in Leivasy.
Mike worked for C&P Telephone Company, later known as Verizon, for 35 years. In the mid-2000s, he relocated with his wife and mother-in-law to Spencer to be near his parents and son. Later in life, Mike enjoyed bowling with a league in Spencer, tinkering in his garage, and spending time with family. Mike and Beverly were married for 57 years.
Mike is preceded in death by his wife, his parents, a sister, Barbara Tolley, and his brothers, Richard Snodgrass and Edward Snodgrass.
He is survived by his son, Robert Snodgrass, and daughter-in-law, Cheryl, of Buckhannon; his granddaughter and her husband, Katie and Justin Dynes; his grandson, Isaac Snodgrass; his sister and brother-in-law, Patty and Joe Rhodes of Luling, Louisiana; as well as many nieces and nephews.
