HARRY SPENCER, JR., 65, of Spencer, West Virginia, passed away on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at home. He was born December 24, 1950 in Weirton, West Virginia, a son of the late Harry and Angelia Suppa Spencer. He was a long time employee of the Robey Theater in Spencer. There are no immediate survivors. There will be no visitation or service. He will be buried at the Spencer Memorial Cemetery beside his parents. Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer is in charge of the arrangements.
