FRANCES MILLER LOWE, 94, of Spencer, West Viginia, passed away on Monday, June 27, 2022 at Miletree Center in Spencer.
She was born February 19, 1928 in Spencer, a daughter of the late Clayton and Edna Bailey Miller. She was a retired secretary with Kellwood Company in Spencer and was a member of the Memorial United Methodist Church in Spencer.
Frances is survived by her daughter, Joyce Sikes of Orono, Maine; a sister, Shirley Brogle of Parkersburg, West Virginia; three grandsons; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, William A. Ball; her second husband, Harold Lowe; a son, Richard Ball; and a brother, Ronald Miller.
There will be no service or visitation. Burial will take place at a later date at the Lowe Cemetery on Round Knob Road near Spencer.
