FRANCES MARIE JUSTICE, 69, of Spencer, West Virginia, passed away on March 28, 2025 at Miletree Center in Spencer.
She was born December 30, 1955 in Akron, Ohio, a daughter of the late John and Chessie Looney Shanks.  She was homemaker.
Frances is survived by her son, Joseph Justice; and four nieces, Julia, Heather, Tracy, and Lori Shanks.
Per her wishes, she was cremated.  There was no service or visitation.
Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer was in charge of the arrangements.
