Forrest "Alan" Hupp, 64, of Parkersburg, WV passed away May 21, 2022 at Camden Clark Medical Center in Parkersburg, WV.

He was born December 2, 1957 in Parkersburg, WV and was the son of the late Dorothy Conley Hupp and Dale Loren (Patricia Fordyce) Hupp.

Alan had worked as a mechanic in several industrial plants. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening and spending time with his family and friends.

Left behind to cherish his memory, is his loving wife of 45 years, Vickie Brannon Hupp of Parkersburg; three sons, Christopher Alan Hupp (Emily Pullis) and Adam Wesley Hupp (Amy) both of Parkersburg and Donald Ryan Hupp (Amber Baker) of Williamstown, WV; seven grandchildren, Megan (David Cheuvront), Emery, Kyle, C.J., Lelend, Ella and Lexie Hupp; two sisters, Michaela Jones (Jeff) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Pam Berry (Ross) of Fayetteville, NC; five brothers, Raymond Hupp of Jacksonville, FL, Mike Hupp, of Minnesota, Mark Hupp of Georgia, Patrick and Dale Hupp both of Parkersburg;  three step-brothers, David Posey (Lori) of Belpre, OH, Jim Posey of Calhoun County, WV and Alan "Little Alan" Posey of Cleveland, OH; mother and father-in-law, Mary and Don Brannon of Parkersburg, WV; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Lisa Bell; infant sister, Sharon Hupp; brother-in-law, Gary Brannon; sister-in-law, Sonya Phillips; grandparents, Geneva and Raymond Hupp, Frank and Brittie Conley, Jack Epling, Letha and John Greathouse and Earl and Etta Brannon.

Services will be 1:00 P.M. ~ Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home 206 Beauty St. Spencer, WV 25276 with Rev. David Young officiating. Burial will follow at Otto Cemetery. Visitation will be 11:00 A.M. until the time of the service on Tuesday.
