EVERETTE NICHOLS, 77, of Leroy, West Virginia died October 2, 2016 at the Hubbard Hospice House West, South Charleston, West Virginia. He was born March 14, 1939 in Jackson County, West Virginia a son of the late Myrtle Nichols. He was a farmer and enjoyed hunting and fishing and was Baptist. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Ruth and Thelma Arlene Nichols and a "brother", Jimmy Nichols. He is survived by his wife, Margaret Ellen Milhoan Nichols; a sister, Virginia Milhoan of Leroy; his dog, "Little Girl" and cat, "Boots"; and several nieces and nephews. Service will be at noon on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at the TAYLOR-VANDALE FUNERAL HOME, Spencer, West Virginia with Rev. Herman Robinson officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Zion Cemetery, Leroy. Visitation is two hours prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the funeral home.
