Eunice Lillian King of Clover, departed this world for her eternal reward on January 13, 2026.
She was born June 2, 1948 in Wallback, West Virginia. She was a retired caregiver, also having worked at the Spencer State Hospital and King's Dairy King/Clover Ridge Cafe.  She was a devout Christian who enjoyed taking Bible quizzes through the mail. She also enjoyed spending time with family and reading, especially the Holy Bible.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Everett "Bill" King of Clover, her mother Laura Edith Martin, her father Robert James "June" Hathaway her sister Nancy Hathaway Miller, her brother Gary Hathaway, brother in law Duke Jett, Darrell Hall, Terry Webb and Shane Hoff.
She is survived by siblings Sue Jett and Jack (Marsha) Linkinoggor, her three children, Willie King (Kim) of Clover, Kate King (Billy) of Clover, and Lisa King (Keith) of Looneyville, Step Father Melvin Martin of Ivydale. Grandchildren Belinda, Bon, Hanah, Willow, Waylon, Monica and Kasi. Great grandchildren Avayla, Cane, Eliza, Roy, and Oaklynn, and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 19, 2026 at 1 pm at the TaylorVandale Funeral Home in Spencer with Reverend Bill Jones officiating. Burial will be at the Clover Cemetery.
