ESTEL WAYNE BOGGS, 52, of Ripley, West Virginia, formerly of Spencer, West Virginia, passed away on Sunday, June 19, 2016 at Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. He was born October 16, 1963 in Fayetteville, West Virginia, a son of the late Ronzel Ray and Ruth Faye Brannon Boggs. He was employed at Roane General Hospital in Spencer in the maintenance department, formerly worked in the heating and cooling business in Parkersburg, West Virginia, was a graduate of Spencer High School and was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He is survived by his wife, Deborah Lynn North Boggs; four brothers, James Brannon of Spencer, Ronald Boggs of Linden, West Virginia, Calvin Boggs of Tariff, West Virginia, and Randall Boggs of Moorefield, West Virginia; his mother and father-in-law, Martha and Grover North of Parkersburg; and his fur babies, Tucker-Creed, Eddie, and Lucy. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Helen Toothman and a brother, Michael Layne Boggs. A service will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, June 25, 2016 at the Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer, with Rev. John Boggs officiating. Visiting will be one hour prior to the service on Saturday. After the service Estel will be cremated per his wishes.
