Eloise Mae Hamric Burgess, 87, of Spencer, WV passed away March 10, 2023 at the Miletree Center in Spencer.

Eloise was born September 18, 1935 in Spencer and was the daughter of the late Alva and Virgie Price Hamric. She was a homemaker and enjoyed traveling over the years.

Left behind to cherish her memory, are her two sons, David Burgess (Cheryl) of Marietta, OH and Rickie Burgess of Pierson, FL; four grandchildren, Stacey Burgess of Charlottesville, VA, Jonathan Burgess of Little Hocking, OH and Angela and Misty Burgess both of FL; two sisters-in-law, Janet Craddock Burgess of Spencer and Carol Boyles of Danville, VA; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Burgess and all of her siblings.

At Eloise's request there will be no services at this time.
