Elmer Bert Wagoner, 78, of Arnoldsburg, WV passed away at his residence March 14, 2022.

He was born June 18, 1943 in Spencer, WV and was the son of the late Elza and Myra Midcap Wagoner.

Elmer was a United States Army veteran and retired from Ames in Parkersburg, WV. He enjoyed tinkering on old tractors and cars.

Left behind to cherish his memory, is his wife Faye Starcher Wagoner of Arnoldsburg; son-in-law, Rodney Reynolds (Renita) of Spencer; sister, Susan Davidson (Bill) of Parkersburg; sister-in-law, Jeanne Wagoner of Arnoldsburg; brother, Ray Wagoner of Parkersburg; grandson, Rodney Reynolds (Brittany); great-granddaughter, Hadley Reynolds of Spencer; four additional grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Jill Renae Reynolds; grandson, Cody Harris; and brother, Gene E. Wagoner.

There will be no public services at this time.
