ELEANOR V. MILLER, 88, of Spencer, West Virginia, passed away on Friday, August 21, 2020 at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital in Parkersburg, West Virginia. She was born May 11, 1932 in Canton, Ohio a daughter of the late R. Kenna and Icy Hall Walbrown. She formerly worked at C & P Telephone and First National Bank and attended the Spencer Church of the Nazarene. Eleanor is survived by her husband, Jack B. Miller; a son and daughter-in-law, David and Chris Miller of Sterling, Virginia; and two grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Donzel, Denver, Eugene, and Richard. There will be no service or visitation. She will be interred in the Eventide Cemetery at a later date. Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer is in charge of the arrangements.
