DELMAS FRANKLIN WHYTSELL, 79, of Arnoldsburg, passed away on Monday, July 14, 2025 at CAMC Memorial Care in Charleston.
He was born June 23, 1946 in Calhoun County, a son of the late Rufus Fred and Leverna G. Riggs Whytsell.  He formerly worked at Monarch Rubber and in the oil field.  He was a farmer and loved hunting and fishing and feeding the wild animals.
Frank is survived by his wife, Virginia Duskey Whytsell; sister, Lola "Tink" Moss of Arnoldsburg; brother, Bennie (Sherry) Whytsell of Arnoldsburg; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Juanita Batten, Vera Madeline Wagoner, Barbara Church, and Imogene and Laverne Whytsell; and brothers, Fred "Joe", Ray, George, Richard, and Donald Whytsell.
There will be no visitation or service.
