Delbert Ray Parsons, 87, of Reedy passed away June 20, 2022 at Camden Clark Medical Center in Parkersburg, WV with his family by his side.

He was born July 8, 1934 in Reedy, WV and is the son of the late Perry and Sarah Parsons.

Delbert was a 1953 graduate of Spencer High School and retired from Ravenswood Aluminum. He enjoyed working on old cars, gardening and helping anybody and everybody.

Left behind to cherish his memory, is his wife who he married on June 21, 1958 64 years ago, Margaret "Margie" Eagle Parsons of Reedy, WV; special niece Debbie Caldon of LeRoy, WV; two special great-nieces, Miranda Hamilton (Robbie) of LeRoy, WV and Carly Brohard (Matt) of Spencer, WV; best friend, Don Roberts of Reedy; and many other nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by all of his brothers and sisters.

Delbert will be buried at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Roane County, WV service times will be announced at a later date.
