Deanna Lee Cottle, 70, of LeRoy, WV, passed away December 25, 2025 at home.

She was born April, 2, 1955 in Barberton, OH, a daughter of the late Roscoe and Annabelle Cottle Eagle.  She was a housekeeper and caregiver. She helped start the Roane County Animal Shelter, a devoted partner, and will be missed by the whole community.

She was preceded in death by her parents; an aunt, Marge Cottle; two uncles, Robert and David Cottle.

Deanna is survived by her partner, William "Billy" Daugherty; many cousins, Dexter Conrad, Denis Conrad, Casey Conrad, Teresa Cottle and family, Jim and Sharon Cottle, Hazel Cottle, Scott Cottle, Mike and Roberta Stoodanmar, Connie and Fred McCune, Bobbi Gay Lewis, and Sandy Cottle; she adopted the Nathan Burdette family as her own.

Per Deanna's request she was cremated and will have no services.
