Cynthia "Cindy" Arlene Miller, age 61, passed way on Sunday, November 24, 2019 at home. She was born on September 3, 1958 in Fort Knox, Kentucky to Lora Don Freshour and Vera Arlene (Headley) White. She was a 1976 Graduate of Wirt County High School in Elizabeth, West Virginia, and the Valedictorian of her Class. Cindy was named the State Student of the Year for Scholastic Achievement, receiving the Governor's Award. Cindy's passion was rescuing cats, finding the perfect homes for them, and becoming the Mother of those she fell in love with. Cindy also was an avid gardener. Cindy loved holidays and her favorite was Christmas. Cindy is survived by her husband Jeffrey Miller, mother, Vera White, sister Patricia Freshour, brother Michael (Diane) Freshour, nieces Tory Dye and Paige Fortuna, nephews Zach Dye, Justin (Karley) Freshour, Danny Fortuna, and Drew White, and great nephews Calem and Brantley, and great niece Ady. Cindy is also survived by her mother-in-law Janet Miller, brother-in-law Wayne (DeDe) Miller, nephews Sean Miller and Derek Miller, and niece Jordan Miller. She is preceded in death by her father, Lora Don Freshour, father-in-law Jack Miller, and great nephew Alex Miller.
