CRYSTAL DAWN STARCHER, 43, of St. Clairsville, Ohio formerly of Spencer, West Virginia passed away November 21, 2016. Crystal was a member of Operating Engineers Local 132 and was well-known, respected and loved within the pipeline family. She loved her children and grandchildren and enjoyed hunting. Crystal is survived by her mother Peggy Starcher Saunders and step-father, Jerry Saunders of Spencer; three sons, Cruise (April) Lawson of Spencer, Christian (Lauren) Lawson of Cedar Bluff, Virginia and Casey Lawson of Grundy, Virginia; a brother and sister-in-law, James E. "Bub"and Vickie Starcher of New Albany, Ohio; three grandchildren, Halle Nicole, Wyatt Allen and Liam Crew Lawson of Spencer; special nephew, Cody Starcher of New Albany; niece, Tara Arias and her children, Tristan and Torren Arias of New Albany. She was preceded in death by her father, James E. "Sonny" Starcher; maternal grandparents, William "Bill" and Effie Freeland; and paternal grandparents, Wilfred C. and Betsy "Lou" Miller. Service 2:00pm Saturday, November 26. 2016 at the TAYLOR-VANDALE FUNERAL HOME, Spencer with Rev. Danny Whited officiating. Burial will be in the Eventide Cemetery, Spencer.
